  • Why can't expertvillage post 10 minute videos? These 2 minute clips are so aggravating. I think I will just avoid expertvillage altogether.

  • Finally! At last! A video that actually SHOWS the technique! I've gone through 10+ website videos (in addition to those here on youtube) that "CLAIM" to demonstrate the technique but yours is the first that I've found to actually *show how it's done. THANK you for taking the time to ILLUSTRATE and teach the technique of layering each pastry strip into a beautifully woven crust. Very good work!!
