Wind is a piece of shit. They are complete fuck'n retards. I have been put on hold for 14 hours and the manager said that is an improvement - last month it was 16 hours, she said. Those Chinese phones that they sell are shit as well.
Service sucks bigtime!!!! People call me and my phone doesnt even ring... Then it sends me a text message saying that I missed their fucking call!!!!
My phone loses service in downtown toronto all the time!!!
If i ever have to reject a phone call it gives the person some rude-ass message about how I'M too popular and busy to take their call.... who thought of that great feature??
@VECTRISM No one has good service in downtown T.O. I'm there right now, and neither my Telus or bell phone is working right now, and my girlfriends rogers isn't either.

After doing a lot of research and reading about Wind online (their website, YouTube, various other forums), I ordered a Nexus One from Google and switched to Wind over a week ago. So far, so good. Easy signup, my number was ported over within a day), no problems with voice quality or dropped calls, no problems with 3G data or downloads.
I question whether Lairdco's 'experience' is true. Seems like a lot of work to create it. A simple webcam video would be much easier. And not anonymous.

I was looking forward to having a choice when Wind launched, but their service, or lack thereof, was worse than anything I experienced before. I'm back with big blue, not by choice though.

where are you guys located?? I got no problems in GTA Signal Strong. Maybe its the phone, WIND did mention before joining to get a 2100ghz and 1700ghz phone..
There is something very wrong with this video. The user "lairdco" joined youtube the same day the video was uploaded. This just happens to be the only video ever uploaded by the user. Why would anyone use a phony account to publish a semi-funny video like this?
I think "lairdco" is actually a hitman paid by one of the big telco's (rogers, telus, or bell).
I hope that they will be the best in canada..they need some time in some areas..that's for sure.. can't wait for them to come in Québec.. I hate bell, rogers and telus !!! we need something new!
the good side about this is that it's been 6-10 months.
