It means you can create animation and test it on the fly.

@ladyxeona Real-time is that you DO NOT have to rend to see the scene. Have you used a 3D program before? You usually have to render the frame or scene to see the texture of the object(s) or animation(s). As you can see you can see BOTH the textures AND animation RIGHT THERE.
