  • Welp, the Democrats could have gotten a lot done but the Republicans had to fillibuster every single tax and spending bill that came out of the house to death. The Republicans have been in office for almost 6 months. Not one single jobs bill has been passed. Where are all the jobs Speaker Boner?

  • I just viewed a video that had Congressman Ryan speaking with Arabic text as a translation. If I didn't know how easy it is to alter these things I would assume that the voice was that of Congressman Ryan and the Arabic Translation was accurate. The posting of this video now would seem to insinuate that Rep. Ryan was standing with Palestinians against Israel. This originated on Facebook.

  • I thank God for Congressman Ryan and President Obama. Keep up the good work sir. I am proud to have you represent me in OH 17th.

  • Representative Ryan, please consider running for President in the near future!

  • Three problems w this rant: 1) while Rep Ryan is complaining about the Repub plan...there is NO Dem plan even offered by the Pres, Senate, or House Dems. 2) The Ryan plan doesn't dismantle Medicare because it's really just the same as the Clinton medicare reform plan of the 90's, and while he claims insurers won't cover seniors the Ryan plan mandates that they do. 3) You cannot give everyone a blank check to live forever. There's just no money for that. There has to be a limit-sadly.

  • @Blackrain4xmas You must be a conservative . Conservatives have always wanted to get rid of medicare

  • @Blackrain4xmas Wrong. There were plans passed by the Democrats through the house from 2009 to 2011. One after another were fillibustered to death in the senate. The Republicans want to wear the big boy pants now so let them put forward there plan. There plan, yet again, is more tax cuts for the wealthiest 2%. Tax cuts are not a cure all. Sorry to burst the Reagan pipe dream bubble.

  • @twt1972 Nope. That's what MSNBC and KOS will tell you, but if Dems have a plan, then where is it? The only thing we've seen is Paul Ryan's plan, and proof of that is that Tim Ryan spends his time complaining about someone else's plan rather than boasting about his or any other Dem plan. Ironically, the Paul Ryan plan is nothing more than Bill Clinton's plan from the 90's. They have the majority of power in all but the House, and they act like they're an oppressed minority

  • @Blackrain4xmas I think we have seen what the republican plan is time after time after time. More tax cuts for the wealthiest 2% and corporations. We've seen that movie before. I know, lets give more tax credits to companies that outsource American jobs. How did that turn out? Oh yeah that's right, the worst economy since the great depression. Thanks Bush.

  • @twt1972 That line about the tax cuts for the top 2% is bs. Of the Bush/Obama tax cuts, only $170bn (about 100th of the deficit) is for the top 2%, and the rest of those tax cuts are for regular people (which is why Obama continued em). As to companies moving jobs overseas...you mean like GM which Dems bailed out? Face it companies move operations overseas because labor is cheaper, and it's cheaper 'cause unions rape companies here-a job that costs $5hr in China is $100-200hr here w benefits.

  • @Blackrain4xmas Yeah it's all the unions fault. Keep towing the party line dude. Thank God for Tim Ryan! I <3 my congressman and OUR President. You know, if you don't support OUR president, that means you support the terrorists. Why do you hate America?

  • @twt1972 No, it's not just the unions. Businesses get all kinds of taxes, fees, licensing requirements and other expenses here in the US...expenses they don't get overseas. You wanna keep business here? It's just a matter of math-either make it as cost free to run a business here OR stop importing from overseas (Dems coulda done that when they had total power and a supermajority in Congress). Dems are simpletons though-they can't do math, and they can't argue with it, so they ignore it.

  • @Blackrain4xmas The Bush tax cuts cost more than all the entitlement programs combined. The republican tea baggers want to balance the budget on the backs of the elderly and the working poor and middle class. God forbid the wealthiest 2% or corporations pay their fair share. That's who the G.O.P. really works for. If your not rich and you're a Republican, your a dam fool.

  • @twt1972 Again, proof you can't do math. The Bush/Obama tax cuts INCREASED tax revenue, and only $167-170bn of the Bush/Obama tax cuts go to the top 2%. If you've got a problem with them, then don't re-elect Bush-wait...he's gone, can't be re-elected, and OBAMA is the one who continued them. Take it up w him and the twits that voted him into office.

  • @Blackrain4xmas Keep parroting those republican talking points while the middle class is sold out by the tea bagger republicans. You're pretty much waisting your time dude. Vote for Tim Ryan and OUR President.

  • @twt1972 I voted for Ryan in 06 when he lied and promised to end the war in Iraq, balance the budget, and do pay as you go spending. He either lied or failed. Either way, he's useless. Obama's even worse/has just made the economy far far worse. Most of my customers are either welfare workers or recipients, and I know for an absolute fact...things are worse since Obama took over, and because of his failures/lies.

  • @Blackrain4xmas Because of Bush.

  • @Blackrain4xmas Lol Obama is great.

  • @davidturner9823 Hail Obama

  • Every time I watch this man talk, I'm happy I vote.
