  • good work

  • your doing osotogake with your hips like a uchi mata... were you drunk ^^

  • i think this is great!

  • music?

  • where can you get lessons for this?

  • Haha, Lee was taking names.

  • excellent! I can tell that this Dojo isn't in America. America and Ninjutsu don't mix. I'm from America, and it has been really really really really hard to find a good Dojo, but I finally found one. This is one of the best Ninjutsu vids I've seen from the Buj.

  • you may want to go to a few seminars in the US before you make such claims, mate. I have seen several good budoka and shihan in the US, but it could be they are not up to your standards, or I am misinterpreting :) (No offense meant.)

  • I also noticed the name of the dojo ISHIZUKA DOJO :) Hehe, i met ishizuka during a training in wich he visited here in Slovenia for a day.He accepted our sensei's invitation and came to watch us.He actualy hit me in the hand - wich i almost flipped over, when he showed us a principle of counter-striking a punch with a Shuto ... sheesh, this man has a verry focused strike :)Ofcourse, he must know these things...

  • wasnt supposed to be Jumonji No Kata done with crossed hands in Jumonji-no-Kamae?

  • The way that scene was cut into the video with the crossover and digitized fade-in makes it hard to see, but he did start with hands crossed.

  • aaah,i see... great then. Also ,in other RYU types that are incorporated in Bujinkan Ninjutsu, there is another moove made in Jumonji-no-kate (kihon happo that is). After you make the Jodan-Uke+Boshiken, then with the same hand you striked the opponent , you JAB HIS EYES (something like METSUBUSHI) and continue the technique with the other hand. Try it, its quite effective.

  • Yes, I know what you are referring to. We usually swing the arm up and catch under the chin with the top of the wrist or knuckles, but have jabbed at the eyes too. We also catch under the nose, makes the eyes water.

  • nice :D respect for training without a mat (in the dojo)

sucks if you don't know how to roll yet tho

  • we train this way too ... mat has no use in the real world, right?

  • blinder video. one of the best i've seen on the net, never mind on here!!! Nice work guys

  • at last normal ninjutsu video whitout any fancy shmancy stuff. no matter that all of this technics are from first year, still nice to look=)

  • It is mostly kihon happo. Can never know it well enough. I've found that the fancy stuff only gets you hurt and doesn't work.

  • Un autentico video de la bujinkan, movimientos sencillos y efectivos muy real amigos. Good work ;)

  • Jamie got owned! HAHAHA!

  • Yes, yes he did! Many times.

  • Wow! Good stuff! Thanks for posting! and you guys are in New Brunswick? You wouldn't happen to know if anyone does this here in the Miramichi?

  • We're not aware of any dojos in that area. As far as I know we're the only offical one in NB.

  • actually there is his name is vejay lee and he is doing it in Miramichi he is a really good instructor however he does Iga Ryu Ninjitsu

  • hey hey, check out ninja 2nd in from the right. Does his technique and high kick look familiar?

  • for once someone else who does ninjutsu properly... in my country!!!

  • Properly? It looks like aikido with a bunch of stomps afterwards, and bad capoeira hehehe kidding kidding.

  • very Interesting fact about canada with the legal carrying of a sword........thats crazy.....lol.

  • Best video I've seen on the web of our stuff. Nice.

  • Very effective Taijutsu, but I agree with minhos, he is using wayyyyy too much effort in what should be minmum-effort sequences. His 'hicho' in particular looked like a serious strike with just the arm and shoulder, rather than a smashing step-through. Still, lovely to watch!

  • My only issue is how the guy bends his back so much when he does his throws. He uses all muscle.

  • Wow. I really like the moves. They look so real! Great training ground too. Well done! Leather tabi of Bujinkan Turkey rulaz too! :P Long live the brotherhood!

  • here here.... i'll drink to that..

  • Agreed. Very nice Taijutsu. I love watching these videos because they always give me some insight on how things are done in other dojos and give me some lightbulbs for the next training session.

    Great vid!

  • Awesome, keep making these films, you are great!

  • Nice work congratulations.

  • I think the instructor likes his use ku (distraction). Between pain, balance and distraction of awareness, he does a great job of using ku in his technique...and I love the stomp to the head to finish the guy off :)

  • nice vid, love the intensity, looks like great place to train. love the realism of the hits.
