expertvillage I'm 5 6 and I can do reverse 180 dunks. Honestly, anyone can do it, just do the right workouts with the right nutrition. I personally recommend the training at (50-inch-vertical(dot)com) but any workout could be used if you can check they work

idk man I think hes puttin too much emphasis on the jumping part.....I think the wrist work is the most important part of a jumper. I only say that cause I can jump any way I want but if my wristwork is solid I can hit. Think about a game when youll be playing ATHLETES...When are you really gonna have the time to take a spot up J all easy like this? Thats y I practice jumping from all positions so I can still hit. I tried everything man! Air Alert, Strength shoes, plyos you name it I tried it. I found this program made sense and I gave it a shot. I gained 13 inches in in 12 weeks and now I can 360 dunk with 2 hands. Every time I play people always notice.
