Basic translation. She starts talking about playing octaves on C. Slap on the low C and pop on the high C. Then, she talks about muting the low C slightly with the middle finger and also fretting the high C so that the notes don't ring while playing the notes. She goes into playing the octave on the D. She goes into describing popping and slapping. Then, playing octaves on the A. Then, she goes into combining these octaves, from D to A to C to G.

It's just a basic primer into bass slapping.
