Dude that's awesome!!! I didn't know putting water in a tray would help lol my cheesecake always cracks in the middle tho :(. I demand more vids with helpful hints!
@LiNaXOX7 haha no prob gurl :D that's probably why it cracks in the middle, you want it kind jiggly and looking like the one in the video, or else that means the cheesecake is overcooked.
