really love how nbc does the closing credits for the olympic coverage. really emotional and inspirational. i know that nbc has their mistakes(last sunday night is proof of that!), but i would really love for them to continue covering the olympic games. and these closing credits is one of the reasons why. i know many of you may disagree with me, but i do hope that after the 2012 summer games in london nbc will renew their contract to continue broadcasting the olympics here in the u.s.

I still have the beijing closing credits on my DVR and i noticed that the other day when i watched it for the first time in over a year...I would have loved to see "See you in 30 months in London" but oh well....when they cut off I was so afraid they weren't even going to have any but I'm so grateful that they did. Nothing captures the emotions of the Olympic games like these montages do....See you in July 2012!!!!!!!!

The Vancouver montage was great. I loved the aerials of Vancouver before Titan Spirit played. Amazing!

My favorite part of the montage was near the end when they showed Shaun White in the pipe (in slow mo) and then when he screamed after winning the gold! Chilling!

I agree with Marcio... I was waiting for the "See you from London" but they didn't do it. Still a great montage.

NBC finally showed the montage at 12:30AM on late night... Can someone post to Dailymotion?

One thing I enjoyed from the Beijing montage was they ended with "See you in Vancouver" and unveiled their NBC logo for the 2010 games... they didn't do this again and unveil the 2012 logo unfortunately... that was the only disappointment from a great montage for Vancouver...

They did....It was on after the very end of the ceremony....you had to wait til after the marriage ref and your local news :-)

I still think it's incredible that a montage of sports clips can make me smile, make me tear up, and give me chills in the space of 4-6 minutes. I wish everybody could see these.

@dgware I believe you can put a CD recorder between your DVR and the TV and record. My friend does this with formula 1 races. You can then put it on your computer from the disc and then upload. Please let us know how it turns out.

I agree. NBC had lots of amazingly beautiful clips to work with, and they timed the clips with the music perfectly. I always lose it at the peak with the slowmo of Silvia Fontana crying.

I was spellbound, and brought to tears. Absolutely brilliant!!!! I adore all the athletes. They train so hard, for somethings that only takes seconds or minutes and it's over. Loved the Apolo and Shani hug. Great to see Chad and Joey too! Short track and Long track had a great year and a little controversy!!!!

Omg, thanks so much for uploading this!!! I had recorded this last year but since taped over it, and really wished I hadn't. Brings back so many great memories... I wasn't in Torino personally, but I just love the Olympics and it's so much fun to cheer on your athletes. Definitely the best moments of the Games, and all so moving!!! It's made by the italian TV, it shows quite often italian athlets. But anyway much much less than the 2k2 one, and for this it's really good. Besides it sizes all the best moments of the games. It's surely the best olympic final credits ever made. Let's hope that our chinese friends do a good job next year!!
