You don't have to exhale going up on a free dive as long as you do not breathe from scuba while you are underwater. When free diving the volume of air in your lungs you start with at the surface is the same as when you return.

SHARK BAIT~!Venice beach FL has a fishing peir called Sharky's.Hundreds of people fish with live bait and chum every day.This area is well known to sharks due to the chum slick created by this fishing. Anyone who swims off this beach is asking for it~!Don't believe me-look at at all the photos of the HUGE sharks caught at the pier at its bait shop-all taken with the old school instant cameras. Its not Sharky's for the old teeth-its for real~!Yes, she does have a nice caboos . . .:)
