@sfiv1987 thanks for noticing! for some reason i had rambutan in my head even tho we clearly bought mangosteen...i realized it a week later, but whatever, i didnt bother to change it! haha
in each of those cloves, theres a big seed...so, it best eaten clove by clove fresh. its also pretty sweet, so any pie would need less sugar than usual. the canned ones taste like "canned fruit" and and arent pitted either. lychees seem to be easier to pit so you can find those canned and pitted. anyways, im gonna "no" on a pie, but im sure it makes great drinks and maybe mini tarts!
