  • every time I come to this video, there's people hating on each other and speaking falsely or ignorantly... others speak of love and God and beauty. I suppose that with something as beautiful as this song, there will be people spouting true hate and others true love.

  • navddg554,,,you come out with some crap,,its a song for the dead,,im not jewish,,but was paying respect to amy winehouse,,,you must be a traitor to your people to spout crap like this,, I know Judasim is only a religion not race,,lolol,,idiot,,you need to get off the p,c and get a life.

  • @SuperSe24 This Kaddish was not for those who overdosed on drugs. This was for for specific victims of tyranny.

Nous sommes tous des Frères et des Soeurs

    Shalom , Salam , Salut

  • For those who seek consolation, kaddish.

  • She is Arabic from Yemen

  • @fortmac100 , No SHE WAS JEWISH FROM SOUTHERN YEMEN, AS ALMOST ALL JEWS WERE EXPELLED FROM ALL OR MOST ARAB STATES OR COUNTRIES.

  • @fortmac100 not arabic, she is a Yemeni Jew, not an arab.

  • @NavDDG54 I know Judasim is only a religion not race. Many arabs are jews and still some of them live in Arabic countries, such as Tunisia, Morrocco and Yemen.

  • @fortmac100 really? Judaism is not a race? We refer to ourselves as the Jewish People. We are as much a race as anyone. Get your facts straight.

You cannot be Jewish and an Arab. It's not possible. Even in Arabic countries Jews are not part of the population, they are isolated, and discriminated against. Yemen, actually no longer has any Jews, they expelled them all, Israel took great expense to move them to Israel.

All Jews are eligible for citizenship in Israel.

  • @NavDDG54 You guys get mixed up alot. Once again, Judaism is only a religion not a race. Tell me please why you divide jewsh to 2 grups Ashkenaz and Sephardim?

Why you think jews from Ethobia or Falasha are inferior to other jews?

Isreal is full of discrimination and people treat each other based on the race like European Jews ( Ashkenaz) think that they are the best.

Still so many jews in Yemen, morrocco and Tunisia. Just to correct you information.

  • @fortmac100 Judaism is a religion, the Jewish People are a race. We refer to ourselves as "Ahm Yisrahail" Translated- The Nation of Israel.

For one, Ethiopian Jews are not considered less than anyone else, in fact the Israeli government spent millions to get them out of a war torn country ravished by famine into Israel.

  • @NavDDG54 Honestly, I do not understand how you try to change a religion to a race.

See Christians or Muslims are only religions and many people from different races and backgrounds believe in them. The same does apply to Judisum.

So how Falasha jews from Ethobia and Kaifeng jews from Chian will have the same DNA?

Jews from Arabic backgrounds are different from jews who came from Eastren Europe.

Please this is the truth and there is no need to hide it or make it looks better.

  • @fortmac100 Sephardic and Ashkenazic distinctions were introduced after the Jews were expelled from ISRAEL and traditions evolved differently. It is no different than having southern and northern Americans.

Tunisia has a very small Jewish population that is facing expulsion with the new Muslim Brotherhood led government. Yemen also maintains a very small community who opted not to leave, but face daily and constant persecution. Morrocco has been more friendly, but recently they are making

  • @NavDDG54 This is only to show that how Isreal is a country established on discrimination between jews how come from the East or West.

Please you should know that in histroy Khananis from Yemen the first people who settled in Al-Qads (Jerusalem) and establied thier country.

Isreal will be destroied when the American impire collapse then every single jew will go back to his orginal country.

You jews should learn from history and take lessons from it.

  • @fortmac100 Fact is that ; Jewish people lost covenant with ELOHIM GOD ! State of israel is finish ! they are usa province ! In 2012 I will fire them with hell fire and will kill both country ! All religions on the world is canceled ! New Covenant are with me !

ELOHISM SYSTEM IS FAITH TO ELOHIM GOD ! HEAVEN IS OPEN ONLY TO ELOHISM !

  • @fortmac100 efforts to kick the Jews out.

In Israel, a Jew is a Jew. Groups have their differences, but there is little discrimination in Israel.

the Jews are a PEOPLE, there was no Jewish religion when God led the Jewish people out of Egypt, the religion was born at Mt. Sinai.

The Jews were originally expelled from the Kingdom of Israel when conquered by the Babylonians, then the Romans, and finally the Arabs.

There are common DNA markers in Jews, genetic disorders that affect only Jews,

  • Palestinians would not have suffered if they had brains and realized other arabs were there true enemies

  • @eli10mvp1 shame on you

  • God bless you, Ofra. Ofra was a voice for peace in this world. Let there be no more victims.

  • @Farnaz1Mansouri1 -Amen!

  • What is Kaddish? What does it mean?

  • @MrEODTEK It's an Aramaic word meaning "sanctification" or "sanctify", the Aramaic language being the common language of the eastern Mediterranean and very very close to Hebrew and other semitic languages. The word in Hebrew would be "Kaddosh".

  • @ineuw hmmmm then is the song in hebrew or aramaic? I've read that aramaic is like Latin in the sense that no one speaks it anymore but it is remembered because of so many things written in aramaic...

  • r-i-p amy winehouse

  • @SuperSe24 thats no Ammie whitehoose!

  • @SuperSe24 what the fuck has that drug mess go to do with this

  • @woodros He/she meant peace for her. She was a troubled musical genus that lost her battle with life. Whatever you thought of her she's dead now. Give her peace.

  • @CrimesonWitcher she was not a genius at all, compare her to the person singing on this video, there is a real singer. amy winehouse was nowhere near a genius, what a fucking joke

  • @woodros Yet all the people who voted for her and the awards she's won would disagree with you. Still the lady singing this song is very good too. I can't understand her but her voice touches me.

  • @SuperSe24 really? what does that druggie have to do with Ofra Haza, arguably the greatest voice of the 20th century, whose songs touched millions of Jews and non Jews alike?

  • Ofra was gifted

  • @2ritehooks Hey, if you like it so much show some respect huh? Don't use profane vulgarities to praise holy words.

  • kaddish means to ask God for something or someone who is needed. Many rabbis say that to pronounce the word "KADDISH" brings the presence of God to the place or person who does the prayer

  • @90997ytrgfbjkhj It brings the presence of God to the place?.... :D It is wonderful!!

israel is the only jewish state . the state of the chosen people sons of abraham

  • @erezg100 Then act like chosen people .

  • So moving.

  • To everyone below: Really? Must we argue about such things as Who are the true Black Jews or whether or not Ofra Haza was Sephardic? Come on, have some respect. If you feel the need to fight, take your comments somewhere else. Have some respect for her memory and for the Kiddush.

  • @IsabellaEmiliaRios You shouldnt be confusing Kadish with Kidush. Kadish is a prayer to remember the soul of the deceased. Kidush is the prayer we make on Shabath over wine.

  • @Purrete Sorry, it was a spelling error but yea, I know the difference.

  • @AlienZygote010 Actually, Ofra Haza was a Yemenite Jew.

  • @IsabellaEmiliaRios - that is what i meant to type, as i was aware, but thank you for point out my misinformation

  • from greece and cyprus, we respect you Ofra Haza
