@JackyXJai aight so create a new folder and download it again in that folder., download tinyumbrella and save your shsh files, start the ts server, then restore using itunes. don't try to open the ipsw file, it will do the rest by itself.

@FroyM I think you might be able to, first jailbreak with limera1n (watch my video on how to) then install ultrasnow from cydia, it should work because you have baseband 15.13.04. if it doesn't then you will have to upgrade to 4.2.1 then unlock using a bb replacement method.

@Paluby no it doesn't mean that you messed up, just download the file again and when you go to choose it and it doesn't show up make sure you have chosen all file types in the window that pops up when you click shift+restore

@Break7228 I would upgrade to 4.1 because 4.0.2 is not jailbreakable on its own anyway so its the same as being on 4.1, and it will save you time later.
