1. there's no sex in the wasteland, i mean we have a porno industry in f2 but here.

2. there's no balls in f3 and i mean you cant kill kids, there's "hollywood happy end for everyone".

3. there's a serious plot holes, i really doubt that bethesda even knew what are they fucking doing, and i doubt they play any other fallout.

In conclusion: it's not a real fallout.

It's an early calibration pattern for the sharpness control on early television sets.

You would lower sharpness all the way, then slowly raise it until black or white borders appeared around the "tornado". Then backoff a hair. That's where sharpness belongs - not all the way up like most people have their TVs.

This is great, but it really needs the audio. That attention tone used to scare the crap out of me. The later colour-block test pattern creeped me out too. But then, I'm also afraid of parrots. Why the hell do they pull their own feathers out?

That color block test freaks me out too, but my greatest fear is of the computer or TV hypnotizing me or pulling me in the screen or blowing up or dancing the hula or something. And don't laugh or stare at me as if I'm some kind of creep!! When it happens to you, you have none of MY sympathies!!!!
