You could've saved a lot of money by simply going to Walmart and buying a 2.5 gallon porcelain water dispenser. Comes with a stand and is under $30.

@Samasnier I just brought a Norfolk 2 gallon glass double decker beverage dispenser from Walmart for 30 dollars.  Since it is 2 one gallon dispenser, it is continually fermenting kombucha.

i used to make kombucha a few years ago.

been thinking about making it again. i do make my own stout and wheat beer's though.

i am trying a kombucha been in the fridge for nearly 4 years and its fine trying it now.
