  • This is not simply God given talent, this is thousands upon thousands of hours of practice...

  • 1:48 huh?!

  • This guy must have two brains. Holy schmoley both hands just fly completely independent from each other.

  • bravo

  • 4:14 guy in middle row, furthest to the left : "Mmm pretty good." WWHAAAATTTTTTTTTTT

  • holy left hand batman!

  • @kylegeee That would be a good band name...Left Hand Batman.

  • wow 1:48 wha--whaaaaat?

  • incredible!

  • WHAT THE FRICKKKK!!!!!!!! He is INCREDIBLE!

  • 3:06-3:25....i love this part...the speed of his Left hand...WoW...he is really a God of JAZZ

  • Really nice. Keep working.

  • What a sense of rhythm.

  • Dude WHO IS THIS KID??? He's slick as hell!

  • Genius!!

  • Eldar is the king right now!!!

  • He eat the piano!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Incredible!!!!!!!

  • 3:06-3:30

  • WHAT THE F?~!!!

  • Thats what you call a left hand right there!!! Sick.

  • Just like Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake would play it. They should be flipping burgers at McDonalds while this kid rakes in millions. What an ass backwards culture America has developed. God bless this kid! Keep jazz alive!

  • amen!

  • America didn't develop this kid. He was a kid from Russia who learned jazz on his own listening to Oscar Peterson records and others. His family immigrated to the US in his mid-teens to get him closer to jazz, but, unfortunately didn't know that Jazz is more in vogue in Europe..

  • @freeqwerqwer jeez get your facts straight he was born in Kyrgyzstan came to the US first to attend Interlochen arts camp. He lived in Kansas City where my friends gave him a car (that was lucky cause now he is super famous)(my piano teacher's daughter now goes to the same school and is also prodigious at violin) And he began learning piano from his parents at age 3 not by himself listening to jazz records. dude come on at least make and effort to get it right!!! (half kidding and using sarcasm)

  • @freeqwerqwer Too bad for Europe. :)

  • @tmg1968

    agreed!!!

  • @tmg1968 As much as I am a firm believer in the fact that talent like this should be more appreciated in our society (being a jazz piano performance major myself) don't talk shit like you could do what justin timbarlake does... thats hard work too... and he's sick. Jazz isn't relevant anymore dog... I know its blasphemy... but thats the way it is. You might as well enjoy it... "I'm bringin sexy back..." uh! get it JT!

  • @tmg1968 Great comment.

  • @tmg1968 that, seriously, is the funniest, intelligent, perfectly sarcastic comment I've seen on youtube in months lol ... I agree

  • @tmg1968 u shud scheck out justin timberlake " futuresex live at madison square garden" vids/dvd.. hes an extremely talented individual...his touch on the fender rhodes is impeccable... inl honesty, timberlake can come much closer to this performance of eldar's than elder could come to that performance of timberlake... this seriously isnt intended to be sarcastic, timberlake really is a great performer/musician/singer, im positive that you'd enjoy it

  • @megagavelli This comment just made me seriously angry for a moment, then I calmed myself by coming to the conclusion that 99.5% of people in world don't know musical and/or have not developed an "ear".

Sorry bro, but you are way off base.

  • @raslerd did you watch the timberlake at msg concert? if not how could you be seriously angry & say that Im off base? if u watch the concert and come to the same conclusion i will admit in a second that i was wrong..however if you were to actually watch the concert and compare his level of his singing,piano/rhodes/ guitar playing, dancing, showmanship, improvisation and songwriting in whole to this performance by eldar.-the fact is he can come closer to this than eldar could ever come to that.

  • @raslerd and that is not to take anything away from eldar as he is for sure a prodigious talent, as is justin timberlake----and to say that justin timberlake is talentless and should be flipping burgers at mcdonalds while eldar makes millions, as the above poster suggested should be the case, is absolutely absurd... why does it bother certain types of people to accept and or admit that SOME pop stars are in fact truly talented?

  • Eldar inspired to me play piano (especially jazz) and to attend Interlochen Arts Camp. Thank you so much and well done!!!

  • Completely AMAZING!!!! PERIOD

  • i didnt think was possible 2 sound that close 2 oscar... this is great

  • hmm what makes you think that??

  • yes, he's a jazz musician....

  • R.I.P. oscar... just bought eldars CD and he's crazy fast so no hope of trasncribing anything for me

  • You can slow it down, or, theres always the trusty "Stop saying you can't and just try it already" technique. Works for me almost every time.
