@JLikesIt It's not Christians that make these claims, it's our Savior that said that you would be eternally lost and tormented without him. Look at it this way, you may love your wife,children but what about when you die? You can't take them with you and it is going to be just you and God then. Whether you believe in him or not that doesn't mean that he doesn't exist :-).

I agree with Play's first statement but I disagree with his second statement. Many are enjoying their succuss without a supernatural influence. I think that's just a biased view from someone who becomes too emotional and guilty with their success, they fear it being taken away if they don't think some supernatural being that may or may not approve of the thing you're successful at.
