  • ya ho ho tra la la la xDD

  • one question..does"Heidi"rly comes from japanese tvo.o?

  • Comment removed

  • @KaiIchiRu96 this anime was created by Zuiyo Enterprise 1974 in Japan. the real book "Heidi" was a bit different than the anime story and was written by a swiss author many years before

  • @KaiIchiRu96 It was made by Hayao Miyazaki of "TOTORO".

  • @wakame00or00odajiam ah thx alot n_n

  • Thumbs up if you came here from O Vreneli.

  • norman rules

  • This song is totally different form the german opening xD

But I like it too (although I can't sing each single word :DD)

  • Thumbs up if you came here from Switzerland dancing with Japan.

  • Thumbs up if you DIDN'T come here because of The World God Only Knows

  • I love this anime although I'm too old for this ^^

It gives me a sweet warm feeling

  • This looks like a cute animation OwO

  • I want to ride that huge swing :D

  • @nomoreusernameideas yeah!! and i want to ride on that CLOUD!!!!!

  • This song created by NIPPON ANIMATION,

this animation directed by Mr. Takahata Isao

and the scene set by Mr. Miyazaki Hayao.

  • yodel part is sung by switzer nelly schwarz.

  • japanese version is the best.

  • @AzzieSempai Sorry. This is Original.

  • Stimmt, japanisch ist viel toller *___*

  • THIS ANIME MADE IN JAP

  • @forcelexus all animes made in japan

  • @ElfenDamaLied28 what a bullshit

  • @norighttoreply excuse me?

  • @ElfenDamaLied28 The word "anime" is just an abbreviation for the japanese word "animēshon" which means "animation",regardless if the cartoon was made in the US or in Japan. Most people think that anime means "Japanimation" ergo that only cartoons from Japan can be called Anime which is wrong. Manga means "comic".It's just the western media that makes you think that only cartoons from Japan can be called anime. So your comment is wrong. They just draw different, nothing else.

  • @norighttoreply no, outside of japan, most people use "anime" as a word for japanese animation, and when everyone does that, everyone should accept that "anime" turned (outside of japan) into a word for japanese animation.

  • @Saroku1000 HAHAHA OMFG what kind of logic is that? It's like you're saying "If anyone outside Germany says that german people are Nazis everyone should accept that "Germans" turned (outside of Germany) into a word for Nazis." Are you kidding me? So if I draw "Mangas" they're not real "Mangas" just because I am not a Japanese?

  • @norighttoreply "Nazi" never became a word that has the same meaning as the word "german", its a word to insult germans, to describe them as people who like Hitler and stuff. Fact is, "german" is the used word for germans, "nazi" is used by idiots who want to insult and defam germans.. Another fact is, "Anime" is used for japanese animations by the most of non-japanese people. Just try to understand the difference between your and my case.

  • @Saroku1000 First; I never said that Nazi became the same meaning as "german", I just used this example to show you that your logic doesn't make any sense. Secondly; Nazi is not only a word to insult Germans. Never heard about the holocaust? You're acting like there's no fascist regime out there.Thirdly; You're right about the fact that Anime is used by non-japanese people for jap.animations but i'm only trying to explain that it's still a cartoon..

  • @norighttoreply sure it is an animation, in japan they use "anime", for animated shows from all over the world. But in the US or europe, they used words like "cartoon" for animations. In america or europe, no one used or created the shortened word "anime" out of "animation", this word was "shortened" in japan and cause of that western people got used to call only japanese animations anime.

  • @norighttoreply another reality is, "japan" is the word used by americans while "nihon" is used by japanese people. With your logic we would have to call them nihonjin and not japanese people.

  • @Saroku1000 Why not? Sounds good to me;)

  • the german version is the best.. just because heidi is a german.

  • @capvtmvndi90

    I thought Heidi was swiss...

  • @Tiara1551 the roman heidi yes but this series based on the swiss roman heidi and the japanese make a serien to his perspective

  • @CUBETechie

    Aah...

    Ok^^

    Thanks^^

  • @Tiara1551

Hayao miyazaki is one of the staff who made Heidi. Heidi was televised in 世界名作劇場

    (world masterpiece theater).

In a world masterpiece theater, "Anne of Green Gables ""The Adventures of Tom Sawyer "was televised in the world masterpiece theater, too.

  • @capvtmvndi90 Sorry she was swiss, not german indeed...

  • BAAAAAAAH BAAAAAAH BAAAAAAAH BAAAAAAAAAAH... PYO PYO PYOOOOO ~

  • Its on national television again :D YUPPIE

  • If my mom know this in a story book back in her day, I should watch the movie in my day =D

  • Good times, I loved that when I was a child.

  • I still cannot believe this series was never released in the U.S.

  • Thumbs up if you came here because of The World God Only Knows.

  • @shadowgrail What? I don't remember this in TWGOK O_O I remember this from my childhood. This was referenced in TWGOK!? How could I have missed that?

  • @TengenToppaDrill What the? How could you have missed that? It's should've been painfully obvious! It was one of Keima's lectures.

  • @shadowgrail I honestly don't remember O_O

Or more like, I can't remember.

  • I used to watch this when I was a kid,

  • Hayao Miyazaki and Isao Takahata had stayed in Swiss and Germany for a month

    to make this anime.

  • when european watched this anime,no one believed that this is made in Japan.

  • yeahh , nice theme else in version spanish is so beautiful

  • This is the way "cartoons" should be... Peaceful, beautifully drawn, wonderful soundtrack. My daughter is only 7 months old now, but in a few years i'm gonna show her this along with Nils Holgersson and if it were available in English/Dutch, Marco - 3000 leagues in search of mother.

    Wonderful!!

  • my mom LOVED this Anime when she was 12 >.<

now she bought me the show on DVD and we watch them together. now im 13 and my mom loves how i really enjoy anime and cosplay :3

bwuaha gotta love my hispanic mommy <333

Proves that Anime Is Enjoyed all over the World lol and my mom is in her 40's now x3

    UNITED~

    BY A MUTUAL SECRET~

  • so this is the reference from TWGOK

  • Aw my god.

This is so damn sweet. c:

I love japan, the japanese language and its culture,

but unfortunately i'm just a little, swiss girl.

Mah, it's not this bad after all. x)

Long live our little, neutral country.♥

  • @TheNightLioness neutralness ftw. :3

  • Its said that yodel part of this song was recorded in Switzerland.

  • good job Hayao Miyazaki.

  • omg, fag this brings me SO MUCH MEMORY

  • I thought the reason why Germany changed the theme song for their version is the yodeling on this song is similar to a German folk song "Schuetzenliesel". Still this is one of the greatest Anime themes and I like both German and Japanese versions.

  • Não estava à espera. Muito bonito. ^_^

  • I'm sure Heidi wont be thrilled to hear that the Alps are melting.

Well, we all better clean up our act.

  • I've never seen an episode, but this intro makes me happy! :)

  • Man!

.I have tears in my eyes!

  • the first german real Film of Heidi was published 1952.

  • also gitti und erika jodeln besser^^

  • this anime is popular in europe too? please tell me. i am japanese.

  • @tyannkonabeumaize yes it almost in all languages out there.

  • @tyannkonabeumaize hey since you're japanese can you tell me whats more popular in your country ??

fullmetal alchemist or naruto?????? I really gotta know !!!!

  • @flamealchemist251 maybe naruto. but one piece is more popular.

  • @tyannkonabeumaize Immensely popular. In Italy it's the most famous Japanese anime , possibly the most popular TV cartoon ever. If you ask any Italian, he knows about it.

  • Does anyone know if it's possible to watch this cute series online? :O <3 I always loved it when I was younger and lived in Spain :D

  • @lucythemangagirl13

  • @lucythemangagirl13

War ein Japan produzierter Klassik Anime ...allerdings als Exportversion

  • @lucythemangagirl13

    a merh oder weniger

  • ayy sugoi. arigatou watachi no jujin;:P

  • En España veíamos la versión japonesa! :D

  • toll. :)

  • niceeeeeeeeeee

  • die japaner können nicht jodeln :D

  • @Jumyka besser als ich, immerhin.

  • Comment removed

  • childhood memories!

  • can i use this video for a video for compair italian opening with original?

  • Japanese is original.

  • My childhood *Cries*

  • cool song!!!!!!!!!!!unsurpassable by time.

  • I think the german version has the better jodel-part^^

the japanese cannot jodeln oder so

  • @alsperizk auf englisch heißt es to yodell ^_^

  • @alsperizk the jodelpart is from nelly schwarz

  • The German version is far superior (and I'm from the Netherlands). 2nd best version is dutch because it is pretty reminiscent of the german version (no offence meant to any of the 2 countries if anyone here feels insulted). The japanese version is...okay...I guess...

  • They have lots of mountains in Japan, too. So I guess its easy to relate to Switzerland. (I´m from Germany)

btw: does anybody know in exactly how many languages this was broadcasted?

  • So weet, so beauty, Heaidi I love you for ever and ever.

  • The sound of Yodel and Alpenhorn in this song was recorded in switzerland.

  • oh the childhood...

  • kawaii, cute and FUNNY XD

  • why do european people know this anime?

  • the book was written in Switzerland so they speak also german there and germany also have heidi in tv :D

  • this was very famous in the 80s in germany. when i was a child i watched it sometimes.

  • @mariomekko because that was one of the most popular shows in television ... a lot of japanese anime shows are very popular in europe and america...

  • Oh god, I remember this show. ;_; Brings back so many memories.

  • This is not bad. But best opening, german opening...

  • which year was this anime

  • klingt nich schlecht =D

  • ich find das des deutsche ''heimatlicher'' ist =)

  • this song and show make me smile

  • @leowulffan Dann hör dir erstmal russische Anime an.

  • I think the German yodl was better than the Japanese, but the japanese song was better. It's just too adorable!!!

Maybe if the German one had had the original melody... Instant win.

  • sonst... ist alles in ordnung? o___O

    ---

  • It's just Japanese production and the story is in the Alps. Just as Nils Holgerson is the story in Sweden, but Japanese production.

  • nja japaner haben auch berge ^^

  • Stimmt^^

  • Deutsch is besser xD Heidi 4-ever xDDD

  • wtf?

in german is this better o_O

  • Lol downloads doch einfach

  • kannste knicken ^.^v

ps: ich habs auf LP ( hä hä )

und wenn ich es auf cd ( Original )

habe melde ich mich ..... ( hu hu hu )
