The plane isnt heavy for its size. Its really quite a bit bigger then a 100cc model. EF recommends up to 115cc. the DL100 is a little small for this model. I would recommend the MVVS/Evolution 116 or the 3W110
even the da is down on power compared to an evoluion 116 it has 14 hp the DA has 9.8 thats a big differnce. go watch vids with EF 110 yak with the 116. the evos put out a lot more HP per size. the 58 puts out 8 HP and the DA 50 Puts out 5! it only has 8 more cc and puts out 3 more hp
i see this motor is working hard to keep up with a da ,but for the price,it cant be beat,we all know da is superior to the rest but not everyone is willing to pay 1300,00 considering around 700,00 for the dl,and most of us arent competing for 20,000 prizes either,so the dl is a winner.
I would recomend a BME 116 it has 12 hp at only 4.56 lbs!
