where is this HS at? you should look up my high school. we are also very good. bentonville chamber choir. look up music, when soft voiced die. rene clausen composed that piece for us to perform last year at the arkansas all-state convention.
whats up with the fast tempo? the "crucifixus etiam pro nobis" part is supposed to settle in and just marinate with other voices. it's suggested that it immitates each nail being pound to crucify Jesus.
Some of the voices are singing it really blocky to me (no dynamic contour in the line) but the feel around 1 1/2 minutes in really won me over. You guys sound good for a high school choir, your director must be great.
How come no one is playing the congas?
