i had the same problem. there is a small red button on the side of the desk.when you press it a gun turret appears.

um im not sure if this works or not but, the spot were the turret spawns in the trap bolt room is a metal grate and i shot a prox mine at it and back away cause it exploded. when the turret spawned it like little healt... so keep that in mind...

Theres a switch on the desk when you move your cursor over it, it should say, 'intriguing swtich', once you press it the glass casing in front of the nitro will be gone and you can take it.

I tried to get it thousands of times.. I turned off and then I turned on th console to try again and again and I didn't get it yet. I guess it's not a glitch. Do I need to do something before getting the nitro?

I played through first on Medium, and I think for a lower difficulty you need less R34 wires, I remember only getting 2

Did you press the button on the side of the desk labeled "intriguing switch"? If you did, then it could be a glitch. Try resetting the console and attempting once more.
