you can feed them ur shit once in awhile too, thats just to provide them minerals and vitamine....... but you only can feed them about 10 grams everyweek. This in turn will show their true colour out in a very very short time and will brighten their colour by 300%!!! This method is not widely known as those campionship breeders dont want you to know the secret. I have a close friend thats works in Xian leng farm for many years and revealed this secret to me.

I've found they will often accept dried foods but you are right, this is not sick. In the wild they eat fallen baby monkeys, I think these people would rather them eat feeder mice.

You'll be happy to know that chicken breast has taken the place of the rodents. It's easier, healthier and much cleaner. I made the switch but everybody gets a treat once in awhile.

Yeah, I've raised him since he was about 4 inches long, and he's spoiled rotten. He knows that he can have food whenever he wants, and that there will always be more.

Right before we moved him into the new Amazon pond, he started getting really relaxed about taking feeders, like he is in this video. It's nice, because even with how big he is, I can still hand-feed him. I trust him, he trusts me. The Aro-human bond is an amazing thing!!

Actually, they're Silver Arowana, which are from South America (the Amazon River). And I don't think many people would call them "Small Ass Skinny One(s)", as you put it...

Asian Arowana are less lean than Silvers. They're much thicker and more compact. They're both wonderfully beautiful animals.

probably for fish that small. but you'll have to switch to a 200 gallon after a year. my cousin has 2 three foot arowanas in a 200 gallon tank and they've lived there for over 5 years already.
