The N900 is actually one of the more amazing phones. Unlike other Nokia Devices, the N900 had some serious specs as well as a really attractive OS. The only bummer is the use of a resistive screen instead of a capacitive glass screen.

This guy is a noob, the device is best used in landscape because it's not a phone it's a mobile computer, how can it compete with phones? That's like putting a man car against a man, it won't make sense. And the N900 has lots of USEFUL FREE applications in it's repository, such as usb host mode and faircrack-ng, runs android OS, runs win OS, runs bloody meego, 1.2Ghz the games have more detail that iphone 4 jeez come on. It's been 2years and still there's nothing better. Sheeps

The clock speed doesn't mean anything if its out of date thats like says a Pentium 4 is faster than an i7. @bmwgtrm3 I would pick my N900 any day over any modern Android or iPhone! It's such an awesome device, it doesn't lay a straw in your way. You can do whatever you want, whenever you want, however you want. This has been the most powerfull smartphone up to date, and I don't see that changing anytime soon since Nokia made a deal with Microsoft.

Typical Nokia. Shitty hardware. 3.5" resistive screen? -_- I might be biased because I had n97, which was an outdated phone full of bugs. I do admit I liked the keyboard a LOT.

And, Desire HD can also control volume while locked. Nifty when listening to music.

TLDR: No more nokia.

Yeah, the "experienced" people behind Android don't even know how to make a native interface. The only thing that separates Android from the others is the market, which is cool but has a shitload of crappy apps too. AND Apple's AppStore has only the Apple qualified apps, which makes it a bit better than Market. Anyway, looking forward to Symbian Belle.
