Is this the great Rudolf Nureyev's choreography. I know he collaborated with the Paris Opera Ballet and I think this is the production. What a great loss Nureyev's life was to this day.
In the beginning sequence of developpes a la seconde, she doesn't slap her ankle to her ear like most ballerinas are apt to do. Still her line, extension and epaulement are the most stunning I've ever seen.

Yes it is the Noureev version of the Petipa ballet. New stagging for opera Bastille in Paris.
