  • This thing really works. I have tried it and the effects were immediate. It has I guess something to do with releasing the stress of the diaphram which releases the stress in the body.

  • This didnt work for me shortly after the top of the ribs my adominal muscles got in the way for a bit then near the stomach i could reach the ribs agian. Even if I was skinny enough to do this it doesnt help you just think you can go further so you do.

  • Wow this surprised me how much more flexible I became I'm talking I could only just touch my knees to being able to almost touch me toes and also my lower back is not as tight and hurts less if I combine this with stretching I will be a lot more flexible

  • you actually dont have to do this. i learned how to touch my toes with in seconds and i was not flexible b4. you just need lyke some counter abouve ur hips and place ur foot straiggt on it . then stretch ur hands to touch ur toes for 5 seconds for both feet. then put down ur foot and touch ur toes. it hurts much less and its with in minutes . try itt i swear 2 god it workss.. ;pp
