They arn't a band... It's Kaya's solo project. He used to be in a band with Hora; it was called Schwarz Stein, they also worked togeather under afew other names. But they are generally recognised under their Middi Net name as it's the one they used to release most of their music. Both Kaya and Hora now have solo projects, this is from Kaya's.

i think it's mainly the make-up. i mean, i can make my eyes look much bigger with just some eyeliner, kajal and eye shadow, and i'm not even a professional make-up artist. but maybe he just happens to have bigger eyes. i mean, of course not all japanese, or asians in general, have really small eyes. there are differences. some people just have bigger eyes than others. but he's japanese none the less.
