its pretty hard to flip, if you can do back flips on trampolines its kinda the same but its kinda like a cartwheel more then a back flip, i would suggest you try it in foam unless u have some real gutts! lol, just keep doing it foam until you nail it then go for it, you may not land it first time, i didnt, you have to get used to the landing and rolling away after landing in foam, but go for it! ride hard or die trying as we say.
