I really hated fighting that will-o-the-wisp. I don't use enchanted weapons, so I had to kill it using my wimpy flare spell.

it shouldnt be too hard to find this place its not that difficult just look at the quests infomation and select the map to show the location of whatever place your looking for

You go and talk to Marin and youll get another quest which is this quest Blood Of A Daedra and then youll end up getting the Quest Azura half way through the Blood Of A Dearda quest..
