  • This is an poor example followed by a better quality example. The worker's banging on the table still continues and is annoying, while her voice is too loud in both examples.

  • so in the good part the reflective listening is clear at the onset. Also the open ended questions seem to be a little warmer then the closed. It's wonderful to hear how it sounds as if she is facilitating her own growth! Great supports by the therapist coming along side her and also addressing an important issue about the sugar. I like the energy of the therapist! She's encouraging self esteem with liz.and you can see the confidence and competence in liz..
