I have the album version and this is the album version. It's not Hijikata's voice, but DOES' singer's voice.

It's nice to relate to it as Hijikata's personal theme song, though.

Yeah he does. He did one for Wakka in FFX, Date in Sengoku Basara, a couple for Zoro, and I think he might have done one for Mugen in Samurai Champloo. Not so sure on the last one. I've heard the others. He's good at his trade. I give the man mad props.
