This is what talent looks like in the digital age. Don't get me wrong; I love this track. However, these women should not have received a record deal. Look at the great singers from the Motown era; they had to be able to sing live as well as in the studio. In the Studio with some digital artistry Total sounds great. But, in person you wonder how they convinced a record company to back them. Unfortunately, most young people today think this is talent.

Pam had a really unique voice, KIma's wasn't bad, but listen to Keisha closely. if Diddy had actually gotten them girls some training, Keisha's voice would've been THE SHIT!!! i think her voice would closely resemble her cousin Monica's(yes THAT Monica).
@willE84 Kima sounds the best live, way BETTER then Pam and Keisha. That is a fact just by looking at this video, or any other live perfomance. She has the most power, and her voice sounds pure not crackly. Also, she has the best control.
