@26greenrose I've learned most of what I know in the past 2 years. I saw you like the Cascades' 'Rhythm of the Rain' - that song was arranged by an amazing man named Perry Botkin and the backing guitar was by Glen Campbell! I have playlists for both of them as well. Music is an amazingly interconnected world behind the scenes. I saw you also featured one of Loyd's beautiful videos - she's one of my best friends here. chuck
@26greenrose This songwriter, Sammy Fain was best friends with the mother of arranger/composer/conductor Stu Phillips. Sammy opened a few doors, begrudgingly, during the early years of Stu's career. It's amazing how intertwined music careers are & how much music we have simply because two musicians 'collided' at the right moment. If you like the history behind the music, I know where there's an amazing book still in print, first edition, signed by the author, Stu Phillips!
Reminds me of my favorite movie of all time. The Notebook when Ryan Gosling was dancing with Rachael McAdams. Superb song, superb movie.
