Well the only difference between Sagat and most of the other Shoto's is instead of hurricane kick he has the Tiger Knee. I personally just group sagat in with the Shoto's.

when the fuck r people gonna understand that akumas ultra is probably the best in the game because its so easy to combo into and it does a shitload of damage. one focus attack, thats all it takes, then dash foward and while ur dashing forward input the raging demon. THATS IT. stop fucking complaining his ultra is actually fucking awesome.
