Ok, first of all have old school on or a buddy sitting on the ledge part right there. Second you have to get up on the highest ledge right their, then maneuver around while laying until you work your way through the invisible wall like I did. Then follow the video. Hope I could help!!

U gotta jump up on the railings, and jump onto a buddys head, then on the ledge, try to lay down, theres a sweet spot, and slowly inch around, out of the window, jump onto roof...
