I think the strategy in Afghanistan is all wrong though. If they want to win in Afghanistan then they need to build bomb-proof Terminator robots that could break into terrorist hideouts without risk of its destruction or the death of innocent civilians, and then it could carry out its mission.

Iraq was illegal because the security counsel (UN) voted against it. The Bush admin committed a crime by breaking article 6, of the US constitution, which forbids the US to move against the UN charter.
