Stance changes are off the global cooldown. You don't lose rage when you change stances with tactical mastery. Overpower (taste for blood) still procs when you're in berserker stance. Berserker stance does 5% more damage. Overall its less then 5% increase given that you aren't always in berserker. Your gear level is irrelevant. Berserker stance will always do 5% more then battle no matter what you're wearing. If you don't do it well it's not a dps increase. Check your facts.
No you missed the point im.not sure u know what stance.dancing is its where u macro.ur attacks *Overpower rend* to whenever u click it u use Battle Stance at thr same time then ur othrr.abilities you macro to Berzerker Stance whenever.u use them *example* Rend (Battle Stance) Overpower (Battle Stance) mortal strike/slam/execute/bladestorm (berzerker Stance)
@heritic546 You actually lose dps doing that because changing stance blows a global cooldown and lowers your rage to 25 (unless you feel like loosing 2 talent points that are much better spent elsewhere). The only time a warrior should be changing to zerker stance is in the execute phase, and most fights (pre-raid) the loss of rage and lost gcd ends up loosing you more dps than you gain.
@maistrooismi actually no, you don't loose gbcd for stance dancing, and the dps you gain by actually doing it, is about 10-15% in favor of changing stances while dps-ing... it is tested, not only by me, but by a lot of fellow warriors, and the conclussion is the same... stance dancing is way better than just staying in battle stance and doing a dps "rotation" based on priorities... it takes some time to get used to new binds, but it's all worth if you ask me... happy hollidays
@maistrooismi I will try to, although I have never made an actual clip so far... maybe you can give some advice, regarding the montage of the video, and the program to use. Take care, good luck, and keep up the good work.
lol........ there is no way in hell you will loose DPS by doing stance dancing. the given information by you is completly wrong. try it yourself before you post or do some research dont be a flashy kid that knows it all...
@heritic546 He is actually correct, stance dancing pulls SLIGHTLY more DPS. However it is more or less depending on your gear. Low gear levels non-stance dancing Arms is preferred but at high gear levels (390+) stance dancing outshines by quite a bit. Both specs are viable though and pull reliable DPS, depends on if you want to have a harder unforgiving priority or one that's easier to manage.

@heritic546 Throwing zerker stance makes me lose my overpower procs, and that more than makes up for the 5% damage gained in zerker stance. Your point on how I manage my rage is valid though.
@maistrooismi That's why you stance dance. Battle Stance for opening Charge/Rend, using Thunderclap on AoE and Overpower procs. Berserk for pretty much everything else. It's really not hard with the right macros.
