In any event high amounts of EPA can be toxic. Except all the other problems with fish oil you most likely overdose.

These advantages of ALA need to be recognized and discussed much more broadly so people can make smart choices about their sources of Omega 3's. We don't do ourselves any favors by being uninformed or just going with what's familiar, do we?
