@korvstopparen first of all, the sudanese government is mostly corrupt, and depending on if your liked by the someone in the government, you can do whatever you like. if your disliked, or someone in the government has a grudge on you, they make claims and accusations about you(as in the case of the sudanese women who was punished for breaking "decency laws"), that they wouldn't have made if the people they liked had done them. Bottom line is women in sudan ARE allowed to wear jeans in public.
