My husband has CF. Hes only 23 and we've been married for 6 short months. The last 3 months he's been in the ICU, his lungs failing, on a ventilator.... This story touched my heart in an indescribable way. I can't even begin to express my emotions. I cried through the entire thing. Seeing her struggle to breathe and the constant sleeping state she's in. I see it in my husband. It's so scary. And this is why we NEED A CURE!!!! What a very brave little girl. Breathe Easy, Anna <3

i just watched this and cryed, im from the UK, I have cystic fibrosis, im now 21, i live alone and have support of my parents my brother(with cf) sister and 2 beautiful nephews(without cf) it realli makes me think how lucky i am and how cruel life is. i lost a friend and never goes by a day when i dont think of every life CF has takon, another angel in the sky, R,I,P Anna

@hingdingus54 ehm... my best friends sister had the same.. this christmas she got her second transplant, and now she's doing very well. the first transplant failed after 6 months and she had to go back in the hospital for 19 months. so please don't tell me i dont know nothing about it.

@awinchester23 anna was my freind she was going to be in 6th grade next year she was on my soccer team she went to hillsboro elementry school with me i miss her it must be hard knowing that someone you know has cf i hope they ok

This broke my heart. These children suffer every day and they never complain. We have Cystic Fibrosis in our family. I thank god every night as my little girls Cystic FIbrosis test came back clear.
If you can donate to Cystic Fibrosis it is a very, very good cause. Try and help find a cure!
this girl, this little eight year old has probably taught more to her family and their friends then anyone else could. She taught them how to really live, to not take things for granted! She was normal, the jonas brothers the favorite foods, sometimes we jus think that things like this will never happen, but they do. So don't EVER let a moment slip by. RIP Anna you ARE loved:]

@hingdingus54 ehm... my best friends sister had the same.. this christmas she got her second transplant, and now she's doing very well. the first transplant failed after 6 months and she had to go back in the hospital for 19 months. so please don't tell me i dont know nothing about it.

she was almost 17 years old - this story brought me to tears.
i have no doubt that they're together now - no more pain.
