  • IF YOU SEE THIS answer please...(taxiarxis13@yahoo.gr)

  • bu oyunu rahatça nasıl oynaırım amına kom

  • I loved this game. No offense bro but you suck so9 much balls at this. You arent suppose to shoot 3's every single time down the court. And where the alley oops?

  • The goat arcade basketbal game

  • NBA Give N Go for SNES is basically this game for a home system! Iloved this game and loved the SNES version!

  • Hang-on-the-rim! Way-to-go!

    Loves it.

  • I'd say Williams saw RnG and thought."HEY! This is a really popular game. Let's make a two on two version."

Only problem is that RnG was so fun AND had a 5 player roster ANDDDD you could double clutch on a lay up. It was Sweeeet :D

  • Miss playing this game. R & G #2 was not as good.

  • does anybody know where i can find the staff who made this.or the credits

  • this looks funny

  • Most fun basketball game ever! I'm looking at you NBA Jam.

  • Yea this game was sick, but the crossovers & motions on part 2 were sick-er lol!

  • better than elite :P

  • I used to waste my pocket money playing this game. Not a realistic though, like getting dunked on by Will Perdue.

  • is there a good website to look at to purchase mint condition arcade games? i desperately want run n gun, but the only one i've seen is on ebay and in shitty condition. are they easy to refurbish?

  • @wiks1978 Most arcade games that use basic processors like the 68K are fairly easy to fix since they use easily obtainable parts. Usually the quality of parts is pretty high so they can take a beating. I usually buy my boards from ebay and others from different arcade forums like KLOV, neo-geo.com and a few others. If you don't know how to fix them it's fun to learn but if you just want a straight working game it is best to buy from someone you trust.

  • what is PCB?

  • @wiks1978 Printed Circuit Board aka real arcade hardware.

  • Awesome game...Double tap A Double Tap A....so nice the move is a vice :)

  • this game had the nba jam curse code.

win the first quarter/half and the game difficulty increases without you knowing it.

  • This was the last game I played before I eft Cali bac then, uh sighs oh the the times!

    -Stoicone!

  • i have the pcb to this and never heard of it. i was hoping it was a contra style game. misleading title. oh well.

  • y did ALL the cheer girls from each team have the SAME lame dance routine @ halftime?

  • This game was a critical part of my up bringing! I wish Konami would bring this back on either PSN or XBOX Live to buy. It would be so cool to play this online against players from everywhere. I am just excited to play this as I was back in high school!

  • This game was fun but the arcade was kinda cheap! LOL if you wanna get this exact same basketball experience buy NBA Give n Go for SNES or Slam n Jam 96 for PS1/2

  • GAME STARTS BY DA TIP. NOoOoO GEWD. HEETIN UP. ALEEY OOP BAOOM

  • Is this what NBA Give 'n Go for the SNES was based on? They look very similar, I'm pretty sure it is....

  • yeah. Both was made by Konami

  • No Run And Gun or Two for Super Nintendo?

  • for those who cant afford a pcb try NBA give and go for Supernintendo emulator, it is very similar

  • They have this for SNES except it's called NBA Give And Go

  • although i liked run n gun 2 better this also rocked

  • FAAAAAAAAADE-AWAY!!

  • I remember seeing 'Run and Gun' in the arcades back in the 1990s, but I was more into Fighting Games at the time, not sports titles. Still, I was always impressed with how it looked & played.

  • You can see Scottie...Jordan...Perdue...This game is amazing.I never played it but I saw it in arcades makes me wish I put a quarter in for the hell of it. The 1st Quarter music should be like this for every sports game since it gives a fast-paced feel.

  • we need a run and gun petition!!! i'll play this anyday over 2k and live

  • I'am the best player ever of this video game...i finish the championship with all the teams in the game..it´s very easy to play...when i was 13 or 14 years i was a legend of this game!! lol lol...

  • WEY TOO GAO

  • God this game was the shit. Jorda... er, 23 from Chicago was unstopable!

  • they need to put this on ps3 and xbox360 as a load game i missed this game

  • hey! lets watch the replay

  • The video action should always be better than the audio. In modern video games, the audio is true-to-life, but the video is not . . . They should make the video as good as it goes, then make the audio sort of "arcade" like. I believe that would make modern games better. Anyone understand/agree with what I am describing?

  • The 1st quarter's music is the best!

  • Whenever I watch this, I get pumped to play some basketball!!!

  • Oh man I remember playing this game at Pizza Hut back in the mid 90's.

  • Pizza Hut treats their employees like shit. True story.

  • You have the old set up with the arcade? Does any1 know how to get run and gun 2

  • ahhh the double clutch and alley-oop. many memories of repeating everything the voice over said during gameplay. ahhhh

  • Holy crap, a game like this was made in 1993? Wow I miss the old days!

  • yeah. when this came to the arcade around my way, the NBA JAM machine was suddenly empty, lol

  • Love this game. I would play this everytime I would go to the arcade. I wish Konami would do a re-release of this game for the ps3/xbox 360. watching this vid makes me want to get some quarters and play now. It is still one of the best basketball games ever made. I would always get Chicago because of obvious reasons.

  • @richperter07 yeah oz of will purdue

  • best arcade basketball game EVER!

  • Comment removed

  • @YaDigMe357 Absolutely! The second one doesn't get even near. The only problem of the game is the "forced balance" algorithm (the winning team misses "all" and the losing scores "all". Also works in the "power plays") that ruins the game as a serious competition game. I wish one could reprogram it to make use of proper shooting odds. Still being a jewel even so. :)

To SupremeJudge: With due respect, you still a bit clueless about this game mate. There's a lot to improve :)

  • Still one of the best basketball video games! I wish I could find this arcade machine somewhere part 1 & 2

  • Chicago was probably the best because they the small forward and shooting guards were so good, I guess they were imitating the real nba teams with Pippen and Jordan

  • I remember seeing this game at a skating rink years ago.

  • There are some things on this game that is still ahead of its time ...very nice!

  • I saw this game before at an arcade place before. Never played it, though. Those effects are spectacular for a game of its time. The announcer is very dopey. Sweet alley-oop at 4:26! I LOVE the alley-oop! Cool video!

  • i can end this game with 1 credit only ^_^

    i realy love this game.,

1 if my favorite game arcade.,

  • 呢隻game係邊度download得到呀

  • hello do you have this game working in the pc? i´m looking all houver to play can you weep ?

    regards

  • See the Jordan look alike on Chicago? Bald head and athletic. The Detroit players that dunk likely was Rodman. Leaped like Lebron does in reality(head above rim level).

  • This game was the bomb in the arcades back in the day. Difficult to score but entertaining.

  • *tears* lol man this brings back some arcade memories

  • Mame emulation run nearly perfect!

    Superb game!

  • does anyone know if they released this for the pc?

  • this game was fucking hot. I would love to find it now in an arcade and play it now

  • i spent more money on this game then any of em always wanted it i house

    \

  • saucy sluts at halftime??? i miss this game!!!

  • This game was hard.

  • DAMN IT!!! I been lookin all over for this game, thank you!. I remember seeing this in the BX on base when I was in Lackland AFB for Basic Training. I used to love this game.

  • where did you get this game, I've been searching for years to find this!! I'm glad you posted this, it brings me back to my broke days when i could only watch people play arcade games

  • I got this game PCB from a local arcade vendor for $20. I still prefer this to the sequel.

  • Dude, I used to do the same thing until I started getting an allowance. The fun part of watching others play was seeing two really GOOD players go at it. But yeah, I got the SNES version of this on my PSP, fun times while commuting.

  • I actually do have a Run and Gun 2 pcb. I'll post a vid some time.

  • Oh snap, I forgot about this one. Do you have a vid of Run and Gun 2?
