well thery're not street legal in the USA it something with the EPA and smog emmissions

Lucky for me then. In Canada once the vehicle is 15 years old to the month of manufacturing they are legal for import. So in Febuary 2009 the 1994 GT-Four WRC models will be able to be imported.
