For my opinion thats a good place for farming by but for me the best place for exp is keld naer and money nightbane fortress but be careful with the alpha dracowolf :)
Mt. thrall the assault mecha mission give also some good exp and gold. and everyone can do it because you don't need to buy weapons of your own and the monsters are always 10 levels higher then your level, so not much of a challenge.

yup its a time consuming quest but the reward is good if you go all the way
