see the problem with this contest its not a fair one i see everyone wit remodeled kitchen and bathroom but im a renter and I can not touch my apartment like that. If it was strictly a renter contest i would be first place, but how can i compete wit new state of the art kitchen and bathroom. not fair not fair

@aberafik I agree with what you mean. However, sometimes in some locations people buy the apartment and thus are able to do whatever with it. It's true though that in most cases, if you're renting, there is very little (structurally) that you can do or even paint-wise. Cheers.

i appreciate the effort, but the presentation is not so good. it keeps on rotating and rotating until i got dizzy.

1 minor thing, in my opinion, was the floorplan. you should've just left it in plain-top view instead of rotating it to show the perspectives.

designing small spaces are always a great challenge !!
