  • how could 91 people dislike this?!

  • @augHbar21 91 homeboys with their stupid looking hip hop hats

  • i love this video.

  • Got the hood here snowed but you can't fool me,we both know who ya are. . . Ain't no shame in a blue collar forty: little house, little kids, little small town story. If ya can't ever do anything else for me, just do this for me brother:Come on home, boy. There are two dudes in my youth group that I'm not really great friends with, but I'm worried that they're gonna grow up to be like this. Brett,Dakota, this is for you.

  • fags

  • @loner1878 simpleton is good, you city folks probably think its boring, but its fun and it keeps you out of prison and its a good life.

  • weird I went to the city to meet my aunt for the first time and her friend look just like this guy at the beginning...

  • 90 people are city-slickers who have never lived REAL country.

  • It annoys me when people do stupid things like that. I don't like anything to do with gangsters or their music. Rap (Retards Attempting Poetry) is the dumbest. If everyone was raised in the country on a ranch and around decent people, I bet you life would be a lot simpler.

  • @Haynology

If everyone owned a home, no one would be homeless.

    Don't be such a simpleton.

  • This is a amazing song -3 it an for the 2 comments rite before me my heart goes out to u an ur boy will come home it jus sounds like the need to learn things at their own pace

  • As a parent, this video brings tears to my eyes. This family knows the struggle of our youth today and the pain that this fear can bring. Come on home to this ranch, son, like the video says, "It ain't a glamorous life, but it will keep ya outta jail'" Now come home, your momma needs help unloading hay.

  • This goes out to my little brother. The boy who used to bust his ass all day in the sun with me making hay. The boy who spent 9 hours straight shoveling pig shit so we could go on vacation. The boy who never would give up. I always had your back, and I wish you still had mine. I love you, you're going so fast you don't see the wreck coming yet. I hope you remember what I said

  • @BeccaAloysiaF350 I feel for u, my old brother was the same way grate work ethic if it needed to get done, it would get done. he was raised out heir all his life he ended up in the wrong crowd, using drugs, sagin his pants, getin caught up in all that stuff but he country at heart. unfortunately he never came "home" he passed away 9/22/11 he O.D'ed in his room lov u dom. idk this song is to real and its kinda scary

  • @maniacjack1996 I'm so sorry for your loss. That's just exactly what point we're at now. Just last night I found out he's dealing and has been for over a year. His best friend just overdosed and died two weeks ago. I'm at my wit's end and trying to convince my mother to back me up and get him help. This song hits home hard.

  • @BeccaAloysiaF350 I am so sorry for you as well trust me get him help, we did and it was to late and he was only 18 and dont trust him we did and yeah get him the help he needs

  • @maniacjack1996 Thank you, I took your words to heart. I have my mother on board. I'm not letting him slip through the cracks, he's going to rehab. I want to do all I can for him and the other kids that needed help, your brother included

  • @BeccaAloysiaF350 I was your brother in every shape and form...unfortunately I still am...im not even 25 yet and had multiple arrests and DUI's...got sober for bout a year and it was the best year I ever had since I can remember using...but here i am doing the same shit again...best advice I can give...get into a program and work it...its a program of a better life not a punishment...time will only tell if I make it back there again...wish I would have never left...good luck

  • @weave22420 I hope you get the help you need, please don't give up. I know it seems so hopeless when your balls deep in the mess of your own life but DON'T GIVE UP. Please push for a better future, you can message me if you ever need anything, honestly <3

  • Cussed out Moma, pushed Daddy around, right before his head in the ground.

  • Kid looks higher than a bat ass @1:18. Funny how the buzz goes away when the door slams shut. Shame some don't come home. I had this same kinda talk with my kid brother about 20 years ago. He was doing all the wrong things, with all the wrong people, in the wrong city. They found him with a bullet in the back of the head at the side of the street. So kiddo, I guess your are home boy. I wish it was with us, but, at least all the bull shit is over with.

  • this song goes out to my best friend whos in prison..... come on homeboy

  • Josh Turner, Chris Young, Justin Moore.

  • thumbs up if your top 3 country singers are eric church, luke bryan, and jason aldean =)

  • Parents, learn how to raise your kids properly! that is the problem with youth today.

  • @spamman09 Don't be so quick to judge. Young people think they know it all, that they are bullet proof and don't listen. They get into shit no matter how they are raised. Unless you walk on water, I'd put a suck in the sanctimony. The next kid to get into trouble might be yours, if you have any. Karma is a bitch, making statements like that is a sure way for it to come around to you. Kids can bet in deep before they even realize it. Trust me, We raised eight.

  • I live in ct now been raised her and it disgusts me how people live up here they treat people like dirt can't wait to get outta here I'm movin ta Texas for college and the southern way of life is so much better I was there for a month and I loved it so much better than ct

  • same here

  • Talk strate not back, or your white but gonna take ah whoopin, I aint just ah whistlin Dixie.

  • I Love this song, it reminds me of my boyfriend. Which may not be an entirely good thing but yeah still its a great song.

  • how come everyone who posts is ~12 yrs old...???

  • Totally about me and my brother. In his hip hop shit.

  • Great song it reminds of my friend because he thinks he black

  • @pmichaelh2000

Just cause you ride horses doesn't mean your a country boy. There's English queers that ride horses, they don't know shit about being a country boy.

  • @piratebaseball10 Calm down brother, Why are you so angry? The guy is just telling us a little about himself. I think if you were a real down to earth country boy you'd realize that COUNTRY BOYS MIND THEIR MANNERS. What would your Ma say if she heard you talking like that, you know better dude

  • @clt24608 same as me and I'm 11 almost 12 I am a good ole country kid. I know how to ripe and I ride horses

  • i don't like tatlor swift all her songs sound the same and i agree with everyone i'm 14 and i'm stuck around drugs and fights and just about anything else you can think of bad and i just try to stay away from it and not to be like my homeboy up their on the video

  • this reminds me of my lil brother

  • notice how it takes two of them?

  • @clt24608 that is definitly true i no all about the way u were raised we may not have liked it then but were sure glad of it now

  • omgsh this song is my sons tyler it so true youll b put to work just to keep u outta jail the kids these days kids just dont even no!!!

  • Man where I come from I woulda got my ass whipped for pulling that kinda shit... I'm only 19 but I still know what's its like to get the belt and get roughed up by my dad. We say yes sir and yes ma'am and don't talk back... Wouldn't hurt for more people in this world to be brought up my way. The southern country way. That's how we kick it in the sticks

  • @clt24608 hell yah, i'm 15 and i'm raised that way!

  • @clt24608 it isnt about where your from south north west east more parents need to break that belt out southern way europe way who cares bring that built out :P

  • @clt24608 I'm 15 and just as big as my dad and if I say smthin he dont like I still get my ass whipped. It seems like theres no such thing as respect anymoe.

  • @clt24608 Either that or send them through the military training. Even if it isnt to enlist atleast let the trainers chew them out for a week or so. Theyll learn how to straighten up real fast lol

  • @clt24608 Fully agreed. I was born and raised in ct, and sadly kids here laugh if they see a old lady drop her groceries. I was stationed down in Texas, Arkansas, and North Carolina, and the southern way of life needs to get installed up here. Bout to pack my bags and move back down south.

  • @clt24608 well im the same as u may not be grown in the south but i am grown in the country up north and what ur saying couldnt be more truthful

  • @clt24608 With all the media outlets, internet, and social networking, the Southern country way is getting squeezed from all sides. I know what your saying, trust me. But, kids now look at TV and computers and the glorified thug-a licious, Gangsta-fabulous B.S. as being cool. You can't tell me there ain't a few wannabe's around. I have an Arch above my drive way that has "Bum Fucked Egypt, Now you know where it is" on it. There's a few around here. It don't get any stickier than here.

  • @clt24608 dude I like your comment I do,but dude if your 19 and still getting the BELT at home you might want to think some things over man. Have a good one dude!

    hell of a song though!

  • @clt24608

Amen brother! Only we never had to get the belt, A scold is alot. And we may live in the city, but when we can, we like getting back in the sticks man!

  • @clt24608 true that man im 20 and i would still get my ass wooped lol

  • @clt24608 Amen, i grew up in montana with southern family. curse words got me soap and disobeyin got me the belt. im a country girl all the way and i tell my mamma yes ma'am and my dad yes sir. hell, i tell my teachers yes ma'am and yes sir. its how i was raised and i think its the way everyone should be raised. :)

  • @clt24608 i grew up in the north and i wish could be in the south but i still have a redneck side and i call my teachers sir and mam dont talk back and get laughed at by city girls and city boys rednecks win

  • @clt24608 I was brought up the same way, im 19 also and through out my life was i raised with discipline. Down south in Texas is how I kick it in the sticks.

  • Everyone shut up.. And listen to the music.

  • My parents would have my butt across there knee but back then they raised kids to mind now a days kids burn peoples houses down just for fun there was a 12 year old robbing a gas station with a 9mm if my kid done that forget the stupid whip law they would still get my belt lol

  • "Here's your pankakes!"

  • That's one pissed off homeboy right there! He looks madder than a one legged waitress workin' at the IHOP!

  • Let's face it raps

  • @TheKyle155 SUCKS! Oh, sorry, you wanna finish that?

  • i still have long hair a skateboard but i love me ny country side!

  • my momma went to highschool with this guy haha

  • Cusst out moma, pushed daddy around, yeah right, over his dead body where i come from.

  • @rickysrejects If I woulda pulled a stunt like that, my guts woulda been spread from LA to NYC, And they woulda been askin' my dad why didn't ya spread him farther!

  • @guardsmanom134 In this day, things have shifted so far, they come and arest you for that. Its like car insurance, No Fault, yea right. Check Ole Neighborhood 48126 48127 this when it was real. enjoy. ricky.

  • @rickysrejects Yeah Ricky, things have changed, but my Dad woulda still slaughtered me for bein' like that! Hell, I remember corporeal punishment, real well! They didn't used to think usin' a belt was abuse. Remember that?

  • @rickysrejects sorry 48227 48226.

  • @guardsmanom 134 sorry, 48227 48226.

  • I'm a 14 yr old girl, and have already had problems with alcohal and drugs. I strted horseback ridin' when I was just a little girl, but then stopped. After returning to the things I loved and, workin on hard, I took another look at my life and changed it around. I don't drink hard liquor anymore, but an ice cold beer never hurt one bit:)

  • @97DRIA "Til ya got a spare tire that looks like it belongs on a tractor, then you're wonderin', "How the hell did that get there? Oh, well, might as well crack another..."

  • fuck the police

  • pull your pants up grab an ice cold beer and enjoy the great U.S.of A.

  • 88 homeboys

  • 2:59 He puts that hat on with authority!

  • You say Lady Gaga, I say Lady Antebellum.

You say Jason Derulo, I say Jason Aldean.

    You say T-Pain, I say T-Swift

You say Ke$ha, I say Kenny.

You say Pitbull, I say Paisley.

You say Justin Bieber, I say Justin Moore and go grow a pair.

92% of teenagers have turned to Hip Hop and Pop.If you are part of the 8% that still listen to real music, copy and paste this message to another 3 videos. Stop being a idiot and start listening to real music!!!THUMBS UP IF YOU BELIEVE

  • @kentuckyredneck1993

You say all that and I say stick that saying straight up you a**. Sure you're probably a country boy just like me. I like to have a beer smoke a lil something. I throw on my jeans and leave my shirt un-tucked. Most of all I like me some good ol Country music. But damn son... Everyone has their choice of music. Just because Country Music is the better of the genres to us doesn't mean everyone thinks that way.

  • @kentuckyredneck1993 the only thing is taylor swift and lady antebellum arent real country

  • @mnaval24 thank you no one believes me lol

  • @mnaval24 why isn't lady antebellum country? i agree with the t-swift part but lady antebellum to me has always been like the definition of country

  • @mnaval24 Come on, man. Music changes. It ain't all Merl, Buck and Waylan anymore. Frankly, I grew up with all them and Gene Autry, Marty Robins and the Son's of the Pioneers, and all. Frankly, I like a lot of the new music and the new artists. If you like certain music, listen to it, nobody said you can't. If you don't like Swift and all, nobody has a gun to your head. Give it a rest. Apparently a lot of folks do. Your choice and theirs.

  • this makes me think about my friend in jail for a mistake he made. but either way Come on Homeboy were waiting

  • Cops are such assholes.

  • see tht dislike bar.....yeah me niether! :D

  • @Christian7thSF Funny same thing happened in my town, gotta love Wahoo Nebraska lol

  • @youknowmy4steez20 they have? because there wasn't pot when my grandparents were in school. When my parents were there they sure didn't have access to this kind of shit. People who say this are ignorant and absolutely are in denial about the situation today's youth is in.

  • You know what I think all rappers out there should just give it all up. You know just stop popping pills and going to jail and acting like there so dang tough well I'm sick of it!!! I'm desperate man!!!! I just can't stand rap music so I say I am going to start a riot and fire all of them!!! Lol!!!! I shall do it for our country ancestores!!!!!

  • This song sucks after 4:01

  • Country music is great especially when you have a lot on your mind.It really helps clear your mind!!!!!

  • 0:39 - 0:41

    It's magic! *o*

  • Ya see i use to be a "homeboy" Then i woke up and turned country. i will never go back. me and my parents still may have the differences but i still enjoying hanging out with them. and my friends are my biggest influence fer goin country. i love fishin and huntin. but at least im country and can enjoy life.

  • who cares about his sunglasses, the song isnt for the video, its to understand the song and how powerful his words are, the love hes shows for his brother.

  • @cdoty95 He's not singing about his brother dumbass... lol

  • And corporal discipline is incorrect? Had it not been for someone, surely was not my parents, but the girl is like my older sister, whipped my ass and set me straight for trying to be a "homegirl" or a "thug" I did the one small gang activity act that one time and after that straightened up with the promise she would do it again if she ever needed to. So to me corporal punishment is simply needed at times.

  • what in the hell the cops sunglasses were on his head then they were on his face

  • his nick name is rabbit, he kept workin at it, leave 8 mile and all the rest of them, he changed his name to emnem.

  • Song is just like mine and my little brothers relationship him always run from cops and Shit and not earning his money the straight way

  • I honestly don't know why this song doesn't have 300,000,000 or more hits. In my opinion this is this man's most known hit!

  • My Aunt LOVES this song

  • Nuffield said

  • This song is a perfect replica of my brother and mine's relationship, its incredible. Eric Church is amazing for singing this so well
