Not at all. I wonder... how many sittings, how many hours were involved, was there reference used, stenciled or free hand... not how much it costs. Good tattoos aint' cheap, cheap tattoos ain't good. The majority of people who get tattooed are more concerned about money than getting quality work, meanwhile they have no problem dropping a few hundred bucks on shoes or clothes or some other bullshit. That makes people idiots.

@desiremyvids They don't fade nearly as much as they used to. The old ink lasted about 15 years if you protected it and took good care of it. The newer inks last 50+ years if you take care of them.
