As a Chinese who can pronounce each sound properly, I'd say for most of Chinese there is no difficulty pronoucing certain sound. But because of the error their teacher may have in pronouciation, it is just taught to the next generation...So we just need more qualified teachers on the field of pronouciation.^_^
