Flesh aint back in jail. He was origionally sentenced in like 2000 and got out on parole in July of 2008. Then after that, like a month or 2 later, he was found with his wife's gun(shes a cop) in his car and he almost went back but got out of it. Now hes with the group, working on their new album, UNI 5 which is going to be released in September of this year (2009).
