  • I can't comment too much as I'm no expert but this looks pretty good to me. High heels at the back and a reasonable lean. But your foot is striking in front of your hip, which will be causing fatigue on your feet and jarring your legs. Try making sure your posture is good then remember your feet must not strike infront of the hips. I've been doing it for a year and it's hard to learn!

  • HI. Have just started Chi and have been finding it really hard to change my habits. But I started focussing on getting my legs behind me and things started to improve. And for one lovely minute or two, it felt effortless!

  • What is Chi?

  • Clearly sir, you are a beginning chi runner. my friends and I have taken a class and let me tell you chi running is no easy feet (pun intended) keep working and one day you will feel the flow.

    Namaste

  • kinda gave up on chi. I took a few handy ideas.

Can't do the 85-90 candence + there is hardly anything flat in my town. So I never feel if i do it right. It 'feels' alright downhill but thats because you run downhill. I don't feel it uphill.

  • Hi :) i aint an expert, but you seem to heel strike often

    take care

  • Its midfoot, definitely not heel strike. My feet are not relaxed on that clip. Pointing my toes upwards for some reason. (dorsiflexing) I should do a new clip to check If I made any progress.
