I knew of him, a was taught by him, I ran some calls with him. R.I.P Mick. The world is not the same without you to protect us all. Hope you are not in pain anymore. Myron Kalfoglou, KVFD - Station 5.
PA. i follow kentland alot, u guys are an amazing department. you guys have a great brotherhood, and its great to see such an agressive department. stay safe
Probably one of the best memorial videos I have seen bro. Ive heard so much about how great of a fireman Mick was. May his legacy live on in the people he taught. Nice work
While i am not a firefighter i grew up around some. I have an old friend that works At station 33 Kentland vol. He is there treasure, His name is Brett Bestpitch. I had the privilage of meeting Mick once when i was a kid Im 25 now, And after meeting such a great man once it saddens me to hear of his loss. I was in the US Navy, so i know about the bond of brother hood you all have, keep doing a great job fellas I know mike is proud of everyone of you. "We finish what others can't"
Mick you were a GREAT MAN!...R.I.P BROTHER.. I had the pleasure of meeting him in a all day training on 75 ave... learned TONS from him that day.. He will be missed!!
At 2:17, one of Micks many great acts of courage. He always told me "if you can come to work and learn 1 new thing each day", you'll be ahead of the game. Great words from a great fireman.
great video. I am sorry for your loss. I too lost a loved one from the Wheeling Fire Department in 2006. He was the best paramedics on the job. He is greatly missed. I'm sure both Mark and Ken are watching over us all from Heaven.
