I think it's nothing like shutter island ,because shutter island is a really good movie with a great twist and this is just lame ,there's nothing interesting about this movie at all ,and the ending couldn't be more stupid ....but that's just my opinion .....

i dont think the TWIST is that he's a mental patient. i think the story goes deeper than the lame "it's all in your mind" routine. there is a mystery behind his family's death and the story is trying to tell it in a more psychological thriller pov that might seem supernatural...or so that's how i take it from watching the trailer.... or it could well just be as lame as everyone here thinks it is. either way, rachel weisz is in it and she chooses good roles.
